景勝、橋杭岩の立岩をイメージした串本銘菓 立岩巻をはじめ、古座川産のお米を自家製粉した米粉で作ったいしいしだんごが人気です。紀南の酒蔵、尾崎酒造様の大吟醸酒粕を使った芳香な香りの山芋生地で程よい甘さの自家製漉し餡を包んだ大吟醸まんじゅうの他、茶の湯菓かわけむり、季節の上生菓子などをご賞味下さい。

私達が、菓子作りで最も大切にしているものは素材です。
高価で希少な食材だけにとらわれず、生産者様の願いが伝わるような、国産食材、地元紀伊半島の食材など、出来る限り自然派食材を中心に菓子作りを心がけています。

The Tateiwa-maki, a famous confectionery of Kushimoto, which is inspired by the scenic view of the standing rocks of Hashigaiwa, and Ishiishi-dango made from rice flour produced in Kozagawa are very popular. Please enjoy Daiginjo-manjyu, a sweet homemade sweet bean paste wrapped in aromatic yam dough with Daiginjo-shu-kasu from Ozaki Shuzo, a sake brewery in Kinan, as well as Kawa-kemuri, a tea ceremony confectionery, and seasonal fresh confections.

The most important thing for us in making confections is the ingredients.
We are not limited to expensive and rare ingredients, but try to make confections using natural ingredients as much as possible, such as domestic ingredients and ingredients from the local Kii Peninsula, so that the wishes of the producers can be conveyed.
