和歌山県内のこだわり生産者さんや作り手さんがつくる食品・雑貨を集めたセレクトショップです。
店頭に並ぶ商品は、和歌山県内の生産者を直接訪ねまわり「美味しさ」はもちろん「商品にかける想い」などに触れ、店主が「本当にいい」と思ったものだけを厳選しています。添加物を使用せず果物を惜しみなく使用した季節の果物のジャム、伝統製法で作られる風味豊かな鰹節や醤油や酢、手塩にかけて育てられた有機野菜、職人の技と目利きで安定した品質で提供されるジビエ、など。
普段使いはもちろん、ギフトやお土産にもおすすめです。
現在は生産者と直接交流ができるマルシェやワークショップなど、よりお客さんに親しんでもらえるようなイベントにも力を入れています。店主が朝から農家さんをまわって店頭に並べる毎月第一日曜開催の野菜市では、野菜の味がちがうとお客様から喜んで頂いています。
This is a select store featuring food products and sundries made by dedicated producers and makers in Wakayama Prefecture.
The products in the store are carefully selected only after visiting producers in Wakayama Prefecture and learning about their "taste" as well as their "passion" for their products. The products include seasonal fruit jams made without additives and using fruits sparingly, flavorful dried bonito flakes, soy sauce, and vinegar made using traditional methods, organic vegetables grown with care, and gibier, which is served with consistent quality through the skill and discernment of craftspeople.
They are recommended not only for everyday use, but also as gifts and souvenirs.
Currently, we are also focusing on events such as marche and workshops where you can interact directly with the producers to make them more familiar to customers. At the vegetable market held on the first Sunday of every month, where the owner visits farmers in the morning and puts the vegetables on display in the store, customers are pleased to hear that the vegetables taste different.
